Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We do not currently support changes to items or delivery addresses after an order has been placed. If eligible, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed.
